This site is dedicated to providing information and supporting the work of Comida para Vida. The mission is to
promote health and nutrition amongst indigenous populations in and around San Lucas Toliman, Guatemala. By providing
focused support of food and medicine & strategic enablement of communities to tend their own gardens and raise
their own chickens this small non-profit is making a substantial difference in the lives of the these wonderful people, one
community & one person at a time. Volunteer Mary Kost initiated this effort several years ago and continues
to live and work within the San Lucas community.
